This song, released during Queen Elizabeth’s Silver Jubilee, referencing a “mad parade”, and performed on the River Thames during the Silver Jubilee bank holiday, is completed not about the Silver Jubilee. John Lydon pinky swears it. As late as the 00s, playing this song was still a fabulous way to piss of English Yahs.
